In Swedish massage, five basic movements are used: thopes (quick and gentle frictions on the body to prepare it and raise its temperature), kneadings (lifting the muscles), frictions (circular movements with the fingers on the hard parts of the muscles ), the taps (light blows with the side of the palm) and the vibrations (simultaneous pressure and vibration of the hard part of the muscle).
Where it helps: In improving the functions of the nervous, muscular and circulatory systems. It helps the body relax, rests and relieves muscle pain. "Swedish massage is the best method for treating muscle problems"

"This is a specialized massage, which is very often recommended by doctors, to people who have problems with the lymphatic system, such as women who have had a mastectomy"
"As far as cellulite is concerned, there is also a special massage for its treatment. Because yes, if the lymphatic system does not work well, cellulite worsens, but there are other reasons for its appearance, which may or may not be related to the lymphatic system."
