No woman should demonize carbohydrates which are our body's main source of energy. What they need to do is consume them in moderation and at certain times of the day.

Exposure to the sun

Excessive exposure to the sun, in addition to premature aging, scientists point out, can also create cellulite. So since summer is upon us, use a good quality sunscreen with a high protection factor and prefer to relax under an umbrella and not be exposed directly to the sun.
