Water deposition and fat between the skin and in the subcutaneous tissue, known as cellulite, is every woman's nightmare. Cellulitis: Every woman's nightmare
Cellulite does not only concern women over 30 years of age as in some cases it can appear even in adolescence.
It usually appears on the buttocks, thighs and abdomen due to poor blood supply and swelling of fat cells in these areas.
Cellulitis: Every woman's nightmare
Unfortunately, weight regulation alone, although it can play a decisive role, is not enough.
How will you fight her?
A balanced diet, limited exposure to radiation, frequent exercise are the simplest ways to combat it. Ignore all sorts of… magic potions that are on the market and promise to magically make cellulite disappear.
Diet
Losing weight through a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes and good proteins such as lean fish is a good first step.
Those women who are concerned about cellulite should, among other things, reduce the salt in their food, avoid commercial snacks that usually hide a large amount of salt and consume plenty of water.
No woman should demonize carbohydrates which are our body's main source of energy. What they need to do is consume them in moderation and at certain times of the day.
Exposure to the sun
Excessive exposure to the sun, in addition to premature aging, scientists point out, can also create cellulite. So since summer is upon us, use good quality sunscreen with a high sun protection factor and prefer to relax under an umbrella and not be exposed directly to the sun.
Frequent exercise
Systematic exercise is perhaps the best "medicine" for cellulite as it can work preventively as well as after their appearance.
However, in order for women to see results, they should include exercise in their daily routine.
Walking, running, swimming, gym, any kind of aerobic exercise can help fight cellulite.
