Manicure
The English word manicure comes from the French usage, meaning "the care of the hands", which in turn comes from the Latin phrase Manus, for "hand", and Cura, for "care".
Manicure is the cosmetic beauty treatment for nails and hands.
Well-groomed hands, and therefore well-groomed nails, are an integral part of our expression and self-confidence. For this very reason, we must make sure, every day, that our nails are well made, shaped and painted, based on our special and distinct personality.
Pedicure
Pedicure as a word refers to the superficial cosmetic treatment of the feet and toenails. It comes from the Latin words "pedis" meaning "of the foot," and "Cura" meaning "care."
It is considered that pedicure is a summer habit. However, in winter our feet need more care, due to closed shoes.
