Pressure therapy in Face Yoga

Acupuncture, which has its roots in Acupuncture, since it presses on the same points and meridians (the imaginary paths through which our vital energy flows) is a form of treatment that is part of Face Yoga. So by applying light pressure to specific points on our face, we not only activate the microcirculation and relax the muscles, but also deal with microproblems such as tired eyes, a stuffy nose, a headache and features tightened by stress. The result is a face that radiates peace and beauty.

One of the most popular points in Face Yoga Piezotherapy is the Facial Beauty point, which is located in the line of the pupil of each eye and below the cheekbone.

How do I activate it?

I place my index or middle finger on this spot and apply gradual pressure for a minute or so. Alternatively, I do a circular massage for 30-60 seconds. I repeat daily, even several times a day. Activating this point on my face improves blood circulation, skin texture and tone.
