
Dry brushing, i.e. dry brushing of the skin, one of the secrets to glowing skin.
Before your bath, on dry skin, brush (preferably get brushes with natural hair) and watch your skin transform. It activates cell metabolism by removing dead cells from the surface of the skin.
During brushing, a gentle massage is performed, with circular movements from bottom to top, which improves the circulation of blood and lymph (the fluid found in the lymphatic system), cells are renewed and toxins are eliminated.
Also the whole process will prevent the hairs from turning inwards.
Three to four minutes before your bath is enough. Your skin will benefit if you do this three times a week. If your skin is sensitive, we recommend dry brushing once a week.
