Tea for inside... and outside!

Tea for inside... and outside!

Surely we all know the nutrients that tea offers to our body.
Green tea contains catechins and other nutrients, which are very useful for our body. However, tea is also a good ally for beauty and can help us to always be radiant. Tea benefits us internally and externally…
The tea also has cosmetic properties that give shiny skin and shiny hair, thanks to the ingredients it contains. There is also evidence that tea protects our skin from the inside, from the harmful effects of excessive sun exposure. It is no coincidence that tea is traditionally also used as a cosmetic.
Below we give you some tea recipes that you can make yourself at minimal cost so that you can protect and keep your face and hair shiny and healthy.

Face cream with white tea
Make a cup of white tea using 4 pyramids instead of 1. Over low heat, whisk together 4 tablespoons of cream, 2 tablespoons of white tea, and 2 tablespoons of honey, until the honey melts. remove from heat, add 10 tablespoons of white tea and 1 egg yolk. Beat vigorously for 2-3 minutes. To make a uniform cream. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Apply a thin layer to clean face and neck.

Tea and honey mask
It is a simple mask that relaxes and softens the skin. Thinly dilute 4 tablespoons of honey with some hot tea so that it spreads easily on the face but does not run. Remove the hair from the face and thoroughly clean the skin, removing all traces of makeup and dust. Apply the mask to the face with your fingers, avoiding the sensitive area around the eyes. Lay down until completely dry – about 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Moisturizing lotion with citrus fruits
In a small bottle, mix 140 ml of very strong green tea, add the juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons of orange zest and 2 tablespoons of grapefruit zest. Shake well and refrigerate. Strain into another bottle and use after cleansing with a cotton pad.

For shiny hair

Remove from heat and let cool for 2 hours. Strain into a bottle, add the juice of 4 lemons and leave for 36-48 hours. Wash and add half of the lotion to the water of the last rinse.
