Waking up in the morning is difficult for many people, you want to hide everything you have to do and everything you feel under the covers.
Did you know that our thoughts create our emotions? Since we have complete control over our thoughts, we also have the power to reverse the situation.

1. Try to remember your dreams
Use them like a fun video playing inside your head, dreams are a great way to feel positivity, joy, and energy.
2. Find what makes you happy
Thoughts create feelings. Happy thoughts create feelings of joy. Think about the things you love and that make you happy.
3. Give gratitude
Gratitude is one of the most important practices. When you wake up in the morning, take the time to list five things you are grateful for and everything will automatically become brighter and more positive.
