Relaxing forehead massage just before bedtime

You'll also need some paraphernalia, but fear not, you've got it all: A cup hot water, two metal teaspoons and a little olive or almond oil.
You will dip the spoons in the hot water so as not to freeze from their metallic feel. Then you brush them with a little oil and… off you go.

Movement 1: First with one spoon and then with the other you will make circles (with the back of the spoon) in the center of the forehead 10 times in one direction and 10 times in the other.
Movement 2: Stay in the center of the forehead and now move the spoons simultaneously in semicircles for another 10 times.
Movement 3: Now move the spoons parallel to the eyebrows from the center of the forehead outwards another 10 times.

This is the protocol that you adjust based on how tired you are.
Don't laugh! The feeling is awesome! And relaxing. And anti-wrinkle. Because this technique is of Asian origin. Random?
