The summer ones fruit and vegetables they are tasty delights that can prove to be our ally in weight loss, ensuring the health and well-being of our body! This is because: Their high content of plant fibers, minerals, trace elements, vitamins and antioxidants gives them a high nutritional value and makes them essential in the daily diet and of course in weight reduction, where necessary. The amount we should eat is: 2 bowls of vegetable salads (raw or boiled or roasted vegetable salad) daily and 3-4 portions of fruit for health and well-being. Summer fruits, due to their sweet taste, can replace sweets and provide us with pleasure with minimal calories.
