Face and skin

1. Hydrate now
Before you go to the beach it is ideal to precede a deep hydration of our skin as with the sun it dehydrates and loses its precious moisture that keeps it elastic and firm. Mesotherapy is the ideal skin preparation treatment as it transports valuable substances under the skin (hyaluronic acid, vitamins and antioxidant agents) which strengthen the aqueous components of our skin, retain water and keep our skin fresh, smooth, shiny, hydrated and rejuvenated.

2. Renew Botox
As the sun's intensity increases, you are likely to make more frequent facial expressions resulting in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. So, do not neglect your repeat appointment if the action of its treatment has passed, before the summer months.

3. Watch for any change in shape and color of moles (olives)
For the prevention and early diagnosis of melanoma you should be ready and if you notice any change, visit your dermatologist for a mole mapping test.

4. Increase your sunscreen
You can use make-up products or your daily moisturizer that contain an SPF of 20 for any sun exposure throughout the winter, but in the summer you must use a separate sunscreen that contains at least an SPF of 30. Especially if your exposure to the sun is for many hours, be sure to reapply the sunscreen approximately every two hours.

5. Boost your vitamin intake in your diet
Eating foods with vitamin A (such as carrots, tomatoes, melons, milk) have an antioxidant effect and help to strengthen the natural resistance of our skin against solar radiation, while at the same time they also help with tanning. Selenium in foods (such as peanuts, whole grains, sesame, wheat, tuna, seafood, chicken) reduces the damaging effect of UV radiation on the skin, while olive oil, which contains vitamin E, strengthens the skin's resistance. It is very important to drink enough water, 6-8 glasses a day, as the increase in temperature results in increased sweating and therefore dehydration of the skin.

Body

To keep the skin of the body firm, soft and beautiful you need to take care of it properly on a daily basis. Like the skin of the face, the skin of the body needs daily rich hydration. Apply a rich body moisturizer every morning or night. For your bath choose mild – moisturizing foam baths that do not dry the skin. In the bath, avoid very hot water. If you have any problems such as stretch marks, excess weight, sagging, cellulite and others, do not neglect to use the special products on a daily basis and twice a day.

Body treatments performed at the dermatology clinic in anticipation of summer
1. Cryolipolysis for localized thickness
The coolest holiday treatment promises to sculpt the body in various areas like tummy, butt, arms and rid you of excess fat. The mechanism of cryosculpture is based on the following: when fat cells are exposed to a very low temperature, they are destroyed. Then the organism itself expels them from the body through the lymphatic system. Cryolipolysis is painless, bloodless, safe and completed within 3-4 sessions.

2. Cavitation, Vaccum RF for cellulite
The orange peel appearance occurs in 9 out of 10 women. According to the expert, the best solution is the one that combines various techniques. The Cavitation- Vaccum RF method combines ultrasound with radio frequencies and lymphatic massage in areas where fat cells have grown, causing the area to appear edematous. It also offers firmness. The procedure is painless.

3. PDO threads for bloodless lift
If your breasts, tummy or buttocks are sagging and you don't want to undergo a breast lift, buttock lift or tummy tuck, the new non-invasive solution is PDO threads. The doctor applies local anesthesia and inserts them with a tiny needle under the skin. No incisions or stitches are made and you can immediately return to your activities. The threads are absorbable and the result lasts up to 2 years.
