It is about the center of Uppsala, which is suffering a sudden flood as a consequence of the temperatures that are affecting the whole of Europe in the last few days.
After the storm, water filled the corridors of Uppsala Central Station, disrupting traffic in Sweden's fourth largest city. While authorities and emergency services dealt with the chaos, locals took the opportunity to cool off from the summer heat.

The spontaneous event was immortalized by Instagram users and photographers by feeding their profiles. Many photos show residents equipped with inflatables, masks and water guns, turning the hazy building into a summer oasis. One woman, named Sarah Thoren, brought flippers, a mask and a beach umbrella.
The delay caused by the confusion over who was responsible for dealing with the problem gave the locals plenty of time to enjoy the occasion. Finally, the water was returned by the Municipality of Uppsala late Sunday night and the underground traffic was restored after a while.
