The neck is the sensitive point of every woman that testifies a lot about her age and its care. What we should always keep in mind is to give our neck the same care we give our face, with masks and moisturizers. With this care, it would be good to do some simple exercises that keep our neck in good condition. See what you can do too.
Exercise 1 Sit in a chair keeping your back straight and tilt your head back so you are looking at the ceiling. Holding them lips closed, make the movement as if chewing gum. You will feel your neck muscles activate. Repeat 20 times.
Exercise 2 Sit again in the same position with your head up and lips together. Pucker your lips as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling and stretch them upwards as far as you can. Count to 10 keeping your lips like this and then relax and return your head to a normal position, facing forward. Repeat the whole process 5 times.
Exercise 3 Again in the same starting position as the previous 2 exercises, open your mouth and stick out your tongue, moving it towards the chin, as if you were trying to reach it with its tip. Hold like this for a count of 10 and then close your mouth and return to the normal head position.
Exercise 4 In the same starting position, try to place your lower lip on top of your upper lip as high as possible. Hold this for a count of 5. Relax and repeat 5 times.
Exercise 5 Lie in bed on your back, with your head "hanging" off the bed. Slowly bring your jaw up, as close to your neck as you can. Hold it there for a count of 10. Relax, release your head again and repeat 5 times.
Exercise 6 Sit with your back straight in a chair facing forward. Without opening your mouth, try to lower your jaw and then push it forward. Count to 10 and bring your jaw back. Repeat 5 times.
Extra tips: Like the exercises of the rest of the body, the neck should be done on a systematic basis, as often as possible, in order to be effective. Apply them daily and after the first month, if you want, you can reduce them to 3-4 times a week.
