THE Release and Relax Motion is a new proposition for massage schools in Athens: it was created by physiotherapists Dimitris Karamitros and Panagiotis Meggisoglou, who as graduates of the School of Physiotherapy of TEI Thessaloniki, specialized in Manual Therapy, wanted to meet the requirements of all those who wish to become professionals in the field of wellness .
The Release and Relax Motion massage school, which is recognized by the Ministry of Education and EOPPEP as Center for Lifelong Learning Level I, with LICENSE NO.: 2100349, aims to create skilled professionals, as well as their continuous development for a successful career in the ever-growing field of beauty and wellness! With a highly qualified team made up of specialized teachers from the fields of Physiotherapy, Aesthetics and Spa Hotels, the educational programme of RR Motion is designed to create professionals in the respective fields, since those interested have the possibility to choose between the specialties of Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, Beauty Therapist or other individual training programs of their liking.
The educational modules combine both the theoretical and the practical part, with innovations in education and modern, pleasant but above all effective ways of teaching and interactive learning. THE Release and Relax Motion has been active since 2007 in the field of education. However, its rich activity extends to providing valuable services to Spa Hotel Groups and Aesthetic centers – City Spa in areas such as Spa staff training, the Spa Menu creation and the finding the right staff.

Our company's main strategic partnership is with Idolo Consulting Beauty & Spa for the equipment, the supply of products (Germaine de Cappuccini) as well as for the study and setting up of a Spa.
