Living among the secret materials of Cretan Nature, two "axades" as our cousins call them, we came across the idea of offering households pure and traditional products with a special taste, as we are used to in our village of Kyparissi, Heraklion.
So this is where we started. Our starting point is the Cretan herbs, "children" and those of the union that has been successful in Crete for thousands of years now, the Earth, the Air and the Sun.
We named our effort “Solstice” in the hope of giving the stamp of the changing Seasons, if only we decide and work for it.
In 2012, we installed the first experimental cultivations of aromatic plants.
The following year we multiplied the lands, adding daily the scientific knowledge, love and traditions we hear here since our childhood.
With the construction of a small processing plant, we are now given the pleasure of carefully collecting the best quality aromatics, processing them with natural processes and packaging them to reach you without losing their precious heritage.
In the path opened by our first products, we promise that others will soon follow.
