Dr. Andreas Ioannidis – Plastic, Reconstructive Surgeon
THE Dr. Andreas Ioannidis was born in Nicosia, the capital of the great island of Cyprus. He is a graduate of the Pancyprian High School of Nicosia and the Medical School of Thessaloniki (Demokriteio University of Thrace). He studied next to big names in Plastic Surgery in Greece, but also to big names in Children's Plastic Surgery, Children's Congenital Anomalies, but also in Oncological Surgery, Trauma Surgery and Hand Limb Surgery. She continued her education in the United States with special training in periocular surgery and reconstruction, cosmetic breast reconstruction and rhinoplasty. Received the title of Aesthetics, Plastic & Reconstructive specialty with distinction.
In 1992 he founded the Cosmetic Surgery Center with activity in Laser applications in Aesthetic Surgery and Therapeutic Medicine.
In 2000 he created the private Plastic Surgery and Beauty clinic Advanced Aesthetics in Athens and in 2002 he expanded his activities to Cyprus by establishing the Plastic Beauty Care Clinic DLC based in Nicosia and partnerships with medical centers in Larnaca and Limassol.
Concerned with developments in Plastic Surgery, he becomes a pioneer in the application of new technologies and methods. In 2007 he was the first to apply the technology UltraSound Lipolysis as Laser Lipolysis to improve body and face shape. In 2009 she applies her method QuickFix in Plastic Surgery, such as QuickFix Rhinoplasty, Quick Eyebrowlift, non invasive otoplasty, etc. In 2015, he introduces the innovative and with impressive results injectable RF method – ThermiRF to tackle body and face relaxation but also birth country problems and is recognized as one of the best operators of this technology in Europe and the only one in Greece and Cyprus.
His training in Pediatric Surgery as well as in Plastic Surgery enables him to deal with the entire spectrum of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Persistent, perfectionist but at the same time completely understanding and humane, he is always looking for the best and most correct intervention for each individual patient.
He does not impress and does not like exaggeration for the sake of impressing, but he is a fan of efficiency and consistency in what he does, a fact that has made him famous in his field.
His clientele Dr. Andreas Ioannidis includes personalities from the political arena, the music industry and television, while he was for a period of two years the personal Plastic Surgeon of a well-known royal family.
He has published scientific and clinical papers in international scientific journals and has been a speaker at numerous conferences.
It cooperates with many private hospitals in Greece and Cyprus, of which we mention: REA Obstetrics Clinic, Metropolitan, Faliro Medical, Children's Euroclinic and White Cross Piraeus in Greece and Aretaeio Hospital, Agios Raphael, ISIS Clinic, Nicosia Polyclinic and Ledra Clinic in Nicosia .
He is an active member of the international Plastic Surgery communities ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and IPRAS (International Confederation for Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) as well as the Hellenic Society of Plastic Surgery, He is a recognized Plastic Surgeon by the Ministry of Health of Cyprus and a member of Medical Associations of Piraeus and Nicosia.
