      Bralos Farm

      Our Farm is located in Bralos Fthiotida, at an altitude of 650 meters. On an area of approximately 350 acres, we raise free-range animals and produce our own feed as well as grains, vegetables and fruit. We are the only domestic breeders of Black Angus Purebred 100% and the first to bring the fed meat to the table of the Greek consumer.
      We also breed Charolais, Limousin, Aubrac, Red Angus, Macedonian water buffaloes and Greek Brachykerat cows etc. Also domestic and foreign breeds of goats and sheep, pigs, Greek Black Pig, chickens, pheasants, ducks, geese, partridges, turkeys, quails, and guinea fowls.
      At Bralou Farm what we always aim for is quality assurance at every stage of production and respect for nature. For this reason, we created stone and wood shelters for our animals, integrated into the landscape so as not to disturb the natural beauty of the landscape. The ducks and geese have their own pond and the buffalo have the requisite mud bath pit.
      We want to control all stages of the production process. We grow wheat, corn, oats, barley, clover, lupine and vetch to feed the animals in the summer months when there is no grass for free grazing.
      The farm has an olive grove with wild olives that produce excellent olive oil, fruit trees, beehives, summer vegetables, aromatic plants and legumes. We make yogurt and feta cheese from milk. From the meat excellent sausages and cured meats. We also produce handmade pasta and homemade jams of excellent quality.
      The activity of Bralos Farm moves in 3 axes:
      * the cultivation
      * primary production & breeding
      * processing

      From our farm to your table
      We believe in the natural, gentle breeding and living of our animals. We are convinced that this is the only way to ensure the excellent quality and taste of the meat we offer, but also that the animals will live in a way that does not contradict their nature.
      For this reason, we cultivate the estates and raise our livestock under the most ideal conditions with sensitivity and respect for the environment, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics.
      All our animals and poultry are raised:

      • Only with 100% plant foods, no animal additives
      • In free stall conditions
      We are passionately dedicated to producing high quality food at an affordable price! This means that we apply gentle and natural husbandry practices with respect for the animals, the environment and therefore our consumers.

      HOT KITCHEN

      Hot Kitchen in Kifissia, every day from Monday to Saturday, prepares traditional Greek dishes for those of you who are looking for quality food for your family table, without any compromise. The meats all come from our farm while all the ingredients we use are selected with the strictest quality criteria.
      We are accepting your orders from the previous day. We can modify some of the ingredients of the dishes according to your dietary requirements after timely communication.
      All broths are prepared by us daily as well as the sheet for our pies which is opened by hand with a stick.
      We also undertake children's party menus with meatballs, pizzas (with our own cold cuts), chicken bites and mini chicken or pork skewers. Always with the quality guarantee of Farmas Bralos!
