Crystal Yoga
At Crystal Yoga we seek inner and outer harmony through group and individual work. In our endeavor we use tools that have proven effective through years of experience.
Crystals
Our friends in the mineral kingdom, who due to their pure structure function as energy transformers, either by their simple presence in the space where we live or practice or by their targeted use for healing or meditation.
Sounds
Ancient musical instruments, such as the gong and the didgeridoo, as well as modern ones, such as crystal singing bowls, metallophones, and melodians, become aids in cleansing our energy field and dissolving blockages.
Yoga
Its practice offers balanced development on a physical, emotional and mental level and other tools that nature and life have brought to our path and we have found that they facilitate our work.
Seminars
The expansion of our knowledge both in the world of yoga and in our other alternative approaches to achieving our external and internal harmony is complemented through regular and special seminars.

A crystal is a solid form of a material in which all the atoms or molecules are arranged in a specific geometric relationship that is constantly repeated in three dimensions, so that in the external form of this material the surfaces are harmonious with their internal structure. Due to their pure and stable structure, crystals store and transform energy. With their appropriate placement on or around the body, they improve the quality of human energy. They transform negative polarity into positive and increase the flow of energy by absorbing whatever stagnates. The therapeutic effect of crystals increases when crystal sound bowls are used at the same time, which charge both the crystals and the energy center (chakra) to which they correspond, depending on their fundamental frequency.
Sound therapy is the use of sounds to activate the ability that every person has to heal themselves on any level, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. The application of appropriate sounds increases the energy flow throughout the body and removes the stagnant energy that lies behind the lack of balance. By comparing a person to a complex musical instrument, their ability to play music is healed not because the out-of-tune strings are tuned autonomously, but because the internal balance that keeps them tuned is restored and the instrument itself (or the person) repairs as many strings as it needs through self-regulation. Sound therapy is mainly done with a gong. Its sound is similar to the 'sound' that exists diffusely in space. Although there is no air in space to carry acoustic frequencies, there are radio waves that, when converted into acoustic frequencies, sound like the sound produced by the gong. On occasion, other instruments such as the didgeridoo and crystal and metal singing bowls are used in addition. Metallophones, sistra, melodios, and even other instruments are also used. Natural crystals are also widely used to increase (facilitate) the energy flow with their appropriate placement either in the treatment area or on the patients.
Flower remedies are remedies made from flowers. The best known (and available in many pharmacies) are the Bach flower remedies, however, in the years after Bach, several more flower remedies were developed. They are created with care and attention to include the refreshing qualities of nature and to offer emotional balance. It seems, in a few drops, that flower remedies encompass and offer the feeling one has when enjoying a walk in nature, a beautiful summer afternoon or a walk through a blooming garden. Flower therapy is a completely natural and harmonious way to approach issues concerning one's mental state, to overcome minor or major issues painlessly and in a relatively short period of time, to deal with the tensions of everyday life with maturity, to find balance with oneself and with those around one. The founder of flower therapy was Dr. Edward Bach, who discovered and organized a system of 38 flower remedies, each of which addresses a specific characteristic of the psyche or emotional state.
