What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy today is experiencing a renaissance and when used with knowledge and love, it has amazing results.
Aromatherapy became known 5000 years ago. For some years true aromatherapy was forgotten by many and the term was used only for fine perfumes. In recent years, however, a renewed interest has emerged in ancient therapeutic aromatic knowledge.
How essential oils help
Essential oils can reproduce the vibration of plants and are not just beautiful fragrances, but the "soul that helps life".
Aromatherapy is mainly used for health and beauty. But it undoubtedly has great therapeutic value, with effects that positively affect physical and psycho-spiritual functions.
Essential oils come straight from the heart of nature. It is the soul of plants that have the power and wisdom to support us on many levels of everyday life. What is needed is to use pure essential oils and in very small quantities. With essential oils "the less the better!"
Creating a healing blend that will support health takes experience, knowledge and love.
Early in my studies I developed a harmonious relationship with nature and knowledge through the awareness and awareness that plants have the ability to offer us solutions of health, joy, hope, harmony with ourselves and others.
After all, essential oils are aimed at all people: men, women, children, babies, in all cases and most importantly without side effects.
