      The workout of the day (WOD) is common to everyone and is broken down into 5 different levels of intensity and load. Each athlete performs the training aimed at his personal level.

      The CrossFit it is a sport, the sport of Fitness.
      The goal is maximum project production (increase in performance in all areas, which is analyzed in the number of repetitions or cycles of exercises, in a specific time or in the time required for their execution).       That CrossFit focuses on improving 10 characteristics of general fitness:
      Speed, Explosiveness, Agility, Reflexes, Balance, Muscular Coherence, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Flexibility and Cardiorespiratory Function and Endurance.
