These basic ballet exercises will help you start…
Please: We bend and at the same time open the knees outwards 4 times in the first position (that is, with the heels touching the ground, while the fingers and knees look outward as much as we can).
Battement tendu parallel: The leg slides forward until it stretches well and returns stretched, without losing good contact with the floor. Stretch twice in each position – front, side, back and side again. We repeat the same with the other leg.
Port De Bra: We start with the hands rounded (with the fingers facing each other, at the level of the navel) and raise the hands gradually passing through all the positions in front, above and to the side. Finally, with a slight shake, we lower them down to their original position and repeat the circular movement.
