Components
1 sheet of puff pastry
3 large apples
5-6 spoons of sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts

Implementation
Put the sugar in a pan with the water until it becomes caramel and as soon as it does, add a spoonful of butter.
Cut the apples into cubes and add them to the pan with the caramel.
Mix for 4-5 minutes.
Butter the pan and place the puff pastry there.
Once our filling is ready, let it cool, add the nuts and then spread it on the puff pastry and close it.
Melt the butter and
pour over the strudel.

Components
2 fl. Self raising flour of
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 fl. Butter
1 1/2 fl. sugar
2 eggs
4 diced apples
1/4 fl. cognac
1/2 fl. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
Implementation
Beat the butter and sugar in the mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Then slowly add the sifted flour together with the baking powder and add the cognac, milk and cinnamon.
Mix to have a mixture old just like the cake. Add the apples and continue to mix a little more.
Grease a small pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Components
A cup of flour
2 Mr. c. baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling
Oil for frying
Implementation
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Then add the beaten egg and milk and mix until the mixture is smooth. Pour in the apples and lemon juice and mix.
Pour spoonfuls of the mixture into the pot and fry the donuts until they become golden for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
We put them on a plate with absorbent paper.
Sprinkle the donuts with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
