The SHAMAN Tea
Looking for strong, exciting flavors, we were inspired by the traditional Indian chai Masala and created SHAMAN Tea, a handcrafted blend of freshly ground spices and quality black tea, with a hot aftertaste!
A cup of SHAMAN Tea offers a unique combination of sensations, relaxing, comforting and refreshing at the same time. Cinnamon, cloves and highly aromatic cardamom give it interesting Indian references, complemented by a charming hotness imparted by ginger, black pepper and chilli. Try it with milk and sugar or plain (instructions on box). It is drunk hot in winter and cold in summer.

* 15 Mediterranean herbs & spices
A combination of 15 herbs and seeds, of high nutritional value, that gives an excellent taste and aroma wherever you add it.
Some ideas: use it in salads, dressings and dips, meatballs and burgers, pies and tarts, stuffing, rice, potatoes, vegetables, omelettes. Flavor butter, yogurt, feta cheese, anthotyro, manouri. Add it to toast, or simply to toasted bread with a little olive oil.
* 15 herbs & spices of the Mediterranean with flower of salt
We made this precious blend by adding SPAROZA salt flower: with its soft taste it perfectly complements the aromas of 15 freshly ground herbs and seeds. Gives excellent taste and aroma wherever you add it.
Some ideas: use it in salads, dressings and dips, meatballs and burgers, pies and tarts, stuffing, rice, potatoes, vegetables, omelets. Flavor butter and yogurt. Add it to boiled eggs or eggs, to toast, or simply to toasted bread with a little olive oil.
* Herbs & spices for stews
Our origin from Iconium in Asia Minor has given this mixture tasty secrets and oriental aromas. Add it at the beginning of cooking for a delicious tomato sauce with a thick character. You only need olive oil and a little salt. From the simple everyday sauce for minced meat, rice, fried potatoes and pizza base, to stew, imam, yogurt, raspatsada... the applications are countless!
* Herbs & spices with lemon zest
A mixture with a special, Greek character that enriches and flavors the food by giving it lemony smells and gourmet notes. Add it at the beginning of cooking, in the pot, pot or pan, in recipes with lemon, soups, legumes, mushrooms, snails, pilaf, trachana, chicken, seafood.

The salt flower is considered "the caviar of salt" thanks to its mild taste, its limited availability and the demanding way of collecting it. SPAROZA's flower of salt is collected by hand from the surface of small natural salt flats in Southern Crete and is not subject to any processing. It keeps its precious elements unchanged and in perfect balance, and with its delicate taste it will ideally complement any of your creations. Use it after cooking or in salads and cold dishes.
