The Reborn Training is a comprehensive personal training studio, covering the entire spectrum of modern gymnastics.
Operating successfully for years, it provides high-level athletes with programs aimed at improving physical condition and muscle strengthening, balance, as well as technical training and self-defense.
The presence of the Personal Trainer guarantees the excellent performance of the exercises in all fitness programs.
In the Reborn Training the supervision of the fitness programs is done by a graduate of Physical Education of the University of Athens. Always under the supervision of the Personal Trainer, you train correctly and efficiently, avoiding injuries and aiming for the maximum result.

The Reborn fit is a new type of exercise that has come to shake up all the usual fitness programs that we have all followed until today. The Reborn Training in the last 5 years, a new type of training has been inspired which is based on Cross-training and has managed to include many forms of exercise at the same time, thus catapulting the performance of those who participate in it.
The Reborn fit it is the type of exercise that suits everyone and their requirements exclusively. Studied and adapted so that the athlete can perform from conventional - therapeutic exercises up to professional level exercises.
In the Reborn Training operating departments Crossfit of 2 to 4 people maximum with the personal trainer always being next to the trainee thus achieving the excellent execution of the exercises, the prevention - avoiding injuries and the maximum development - improving the physical condition of each one individually, according to his capabilities.
In this specific type of exercise, the athlete always works out under the supervision of the personal trainer using resistance bands (bands) and resistance belts (trx), thus achieving in the first case (bands training) his excellent adaptation to the muscle strengthening programs as well as the rehabilitation of any injury .
In the second case (trx training) we have as a result, using our body weight changing depending on the angle and support position of the athlete, achieving an increase in muscle strength, balance and improving our physical condition.
In the Reborn Training therapeutic services are provided with the aim of rehabilitating injuries and improving athletes' balance, proprioception, neuro-muscular coordination and reflex movements in the sport they follow or even in their daily motor behavior.
In the Reborn Training there are small-member boxing-kickboxing classes led by a Physical Education professor specializing in boxing from the University of Athens. The classes are aimed at improving physical condition, technical training and self-defense.
Only 4 to 6 people participate in the classes, in order to achieve the correct execution of the exercises, the excellent technical training of the athletes and the maximum hygiene in the place where the course is held.
