Panormos is located in the northwestern part of Tinos, just 21 km from the center of the island. The group "Panormos Art Villas” is built on the eastern edge of the settlement within the borders of Ormos overlooking the rickety boats and luxury boats that contribute to the picturesque and at the same time elegant character of the constructions of the place.

All rooms at Lapinha, which showcases a Swiss-style design aesthetic, have been created to immerse guests in the area's verdant Mata de Araucária wooded landscape and utilize its natural resources. Sustainable principles—like potable water and the heating of rooms, floors and showers via a boiler that is fueled using raw materials sourced and replanted on the property's farm—helped the destination spa receive its Carbon Zero certification.
Healthy yet flavorful gourmet meals are based upon organic and egg-lacto-vegetarian fare to maximize guests' energy, aid in detoxification and optimize well-being. Under the watchful eye of the spa's nutritionists, portion-controlled dishes emphasize vitamins, fiber and minerals and vary from 420 to 2,000 calories per day, depending on each individual guest's programming.
