Cryosauna Studio
The word "Cryotherapy" comes from the Greek words: "Cryo" = cold, and "Therapy" = therapy.
Since ancient times people have used its healing powers cold to treat pain, reduce inflammation, improve health and prevent disease.
200 years ago, a German man of science named Sebastian Kneipp he immersed himself in the cold water of the Danube in order to cure tuberculosis (it was a fatal disease in those years). As a result of this, it has been proven that even the worst diseases could be treated by boosting the immune system.
As it follows from the etymology of the term, cryotherapy is a therapeutic process based on the use of extremely low temperatures (below -130℃).
Whole Body Cryotherapy
Since the cryosauna is a very new technology for our country, surely many of us are not familiar with the idea, to come for a visit to Cryosauna Studio and try a session.
Although "Whole Body Cryotherapy" offers incredible benefits, such as reducing pain and all kinds of inflammation as well as increasing mobility, endurance, flexibility, and also the treatment of many autoimmune diseases, many people are worried about whether they will feel uncomfortable or cold during a treatment.
To be more precise, the feeling you have during the session at Cryosauna Studio , is described as a "pleasant veil of coolness" that you've definitely never felt before.
How does it work
The Cryosauna works with liquid nitrogen, which during the session is gasified and reduces the temperature of the skin from room temperature to -1°C in 60 seconds or less and maintains it at these levels for 1:30 to 3 minutes.
Our skin's cold sensors react to the sudden change in temperature and send danger signals to the brain, which in turn activates all the regulatory functions of the body. It collects the blood from the extremities to the core of our body in order to protect the vital organs from the cold.
This has the effect (when the session is over) of resetting all areas of the body that cannot be used to their full potential
