Bulgari Resort
Bulgari Resort – Exotic luxury
We discovered paradise on a rock above the Indian Ocean. Built on a majestic hillside 160 meters above the sea, Bulgari Resort Bali is the epitome of style and the definition of serenity. It is the newest addition to the Bulgari Group which debuted in 2004 with the Bulgari Hotel in Milan.
The 59 villas of incomparable beauty and refinement, the exclusive exotic beach and the heavenly spa await, perhaps in one of the most idyllic locations in the world, to accommodate the lovers of luxury. Just a few kilometers from the picturesque Balinese village of Pecatu and a stone's throw from the stunning Pura Luhur Uluwatu temple, Bulgari Resort marries the natural beauty of the place with contemporary design. The result is breathtaking. Designed entirely by architects Antonio Citterio and Partners, it is a modernized interpretation of classic Balinese design harmonized with Bulgari's signature Italian style.
Each villa includes its own swimming pool, personal exotic garden and state-of-the-art amenities for guests. Hand cut and sculpted volcanic stones, rich exotic timbers and a wide variety of local natural materials were used in their construction. The impressive collection of Balinese ceramic and textile artworks adorning the villas were designed and created exclusively for the Bulgari Resort by a team of local artists in collaboration with the architects. If we add to all this the natural beauty of the location and the welcoming atmosphere, we can confidently say that the Bulgari Resort in Bali is a small paradise.
The Spa
Strategically located in the heart of the Resort, the Bulgari Spa is a "temple" of relaxation and well-being with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Its architecture reflects contemporary design combined with traditional Balinese elements such as the original Joglo house that was broken up, transported and reassembled inside the spa entrance. Continuing deeper inside the spa we find the relaxation area, the yoga area, the impressive swimming pool and the private treatment areas. Outdoor showers and smaller pools complete the picture. Even the smallest detail of the Bulgari Resort Spa is designed to offer its guests a unique experience. However, if one does not wish to leave their villa even for a minute, they can enjoy the treatments in their own space, choosing from a multitude of traditional Asian and European massage and treatment techniques enhanced by the use of ESPA natural products.
