Baby swimming (swimming for infants and toddlers from 3 to 36 months), is a program for learning and developing basic swimming skills in the form of a game. Parents participate in the program with their babies under the guidance of a qualified instructor, in a specially designed pool with warm water (30-32 degrees C) with a low level. The benefits of baby swimming are many and important:
1. Helps babies become familiar with water and develop confidence in it by participating in safe pool activities. Research has shown that through play, exploration and encouragement these activities can lead to learning basic swimming movements and skills that contribute to safety in the water.
2. Exercising, especially a baby who doesn't crawl or walk yet, gradually manages to swim!!! Thus, their physique is strengthened, their strength and endurance increase, their posture and body position are improved. At the same time, it brings about a balance of energy (the hyperactive baby relaxes and the lazy one becomes active).
3. Gentle and calm water exercises will give the child continuous and more restful sleep, at least on the day of training, something very important for children who have restless sleep.
4. Builds and strengthens self-confidence. Through his achievements, he overcomes his fears, develops his self-esteem and thus becomes more independent and more social.
5. Parent-child relationship. Parents and children have the opportunity to spend a very productive but also enjoyable time together, especially at ages when minimal activities are appropriate.
6. Parents themselves have the opportunity to socialize with other parents, to meet people with similar perceptions and common interests.
Swimming is a sport that combines fitness and entertainment.
It works out the whole body as all muscle groups of the body participate in the exercise.
For a child to learn to swim properly and not just float is very important for their safety while, as with all sports, the child learns to obey the rules and limits set by his coach, socializes and discovers his potential.
It is a program of moderate intensity and resistance, where with the help of special equipment (rubbers) and the balance of the body in the water, both the improvement of the cardiorespiratory capacity and the aerobic and anaerobic muscle strengthening are achieved.
AQUA CORE TRAIN
A program of increased demands, aimed at people with relevant experience, where both with the use of equipment (tires) and in combination with specific exercises, they aim at optimal muscle strengthening.
Water polo is loved by children as it is a team sport and has the element of play.
Children can take the first steps in the most exciting sport of aquatics, lay the right foundations in technique and learn to be part of a team.
Ask us to organize your party, with a wide variety of menus at surprising prices!!! The children will play in the pool for about an hour under the supervision of a coach-lifeguard, they will blow out the candles in the pool. They go to get dressed, eat in a specially designed area and play in the playground. It is possible to rent an inflatable boat upon consultation as well as a girl for face painting.
