The most appropriate way, to get the best possible result from the use of herbs, is to use them as a decoction. Let a small amount of herb boil in enough water. After it cools down a bit, we use it as a solution, spraying on wet hair. Let the solution act for 20 minutes and rinse with water.
For deeper hydration and strengthening of the hair, we can use the infusion of the herb we want, in combination with olive oil or its essential oil.
