Water is an unusual training ground and is incredibly challenging. If you want to build a body, burn calories and increase your strength and endurance, try crosswim!
What is crosswim?
It is the known to all of us gym crossfit in circular training with free weights combined with swimming. The inspiration of crosswim is the swimming champion Giannis Drymonakos. The combination of Crossfit and swimming helps to maintain the heart rate at very high levels, spectacularly increasing the stamina of the athlete, through a highly interesting process that escapes the narrow framework of gymnastics, combining fun with hard and very effective practice, in a group program, in fact, which gives extra motivation, but also the possibility of interaction. In the water you experience the power of resistance and you can perform a variety of exercises that will help you to improve your physical condition and body. When you exercise in the water:
You don't risk injuring any muscles.
You grease your knuckles.
You stimulate your cardiorespiratory capacity.
You burn calories without realizing it.
You speed up your metabolic rate.
You develop your muscle mass.
What does crosswim training involve?
Warm-up in and out of the water.
Exercise log of the day.
A cardio program with continuous flow to raise the heart rate of the athlete.
Who is crosswim for?
This workout can be adapted for each exerciser, even if your fitness level is next to zero.
For those who want to lose weight.
For those who want to improve their endurance.
For those who want to build a better muscular system.
For those who want to get in great physical shape.
If you start from scratch it might seem quite difficult but if you are at a level 2-3 out of 10 you will adapt and gradually you will reach your goals.
