They are made from 38 different flowers of England and are completely harmless, without any side effects or interactions with other drugs or substances.<br \/>\nBach herbs belong to energy therapies. According to healers and those who use them, they heal the mental and emotional part of the person and therefore they can then heal the physical body as well, since the causes of most diseases are found on those levels. For example, someone may have deficiencies in their body due to bad eating or other habits. The Bach Remedies will not add this missing element, but will help the person to make the necessary changes in their life, or the necessary movements and choices (eg choosing a good doctor) or a change in mental and emotional attitude , which in turn will have an effect on the physical body.<br \/>\nMethod of preparation: The usual method of preparation is that of the solar method, where the selected flowers are left for three hours in spring water under the sun. Then the flowers are removed and the activated water is mixed with brandy. In other cases the flowers are boiled in spring water. The result of both methods is the mother herb, which is further diluted to finally create the bottles of herbal remedies that we buy from pharmacies.<br \/>\nMethod of use: After the healer or the person himself has chosen the herbs that suit him, he takes them four times a day, four drops under the tongue. The maximum number of healings one can take is seven. There is no chance of overdose or any other risk as they are completely safe, chemical free.
