The new trends in SPA<\/a> for 2015 that will prevail in the field of spas, they place more emphasis on health and well-being than ever before!<\/p>\n

In 2015, spas worldwide continue to focus on health and wellness, with new strong trends such as infrared saunas, subzero cryotherapy, wellness coaching, online gaming, as well as a range of inventive vibes, music, colors and treatments, which relieve stress.<\/p>\n

A few weeks ago, SpaFinder, one of the largest spa sites in the world, conducted a survey on the latest developments in the field and presented the new trends and developments that we will see in 2015.
\n"After four tough years that made experimentation challenging, we're seeing the industry push once again for exciting ideas, more wows, more fun and some serious wellness innovation," said SpaFinder's president and editor. of NewBeauty magazine, Susie Ellis.<\/p>\n

What's new to watch in 2015?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\"taseis_b-2015-01\"\n

Beauty coaching, online wellness, snow storms and sound massages are just some of the new luxuries spa treatments<\/a> that will be enjoyed in 2015 by spa lovers all over the world.
\nMassages and facials will of course still be the hallmark of the global spa industry, whose total value exceeds $250 billion, but now spas will expand their activities and focus on more "personalized" treatments, training programs, spa parties and family packages, even online games.
\nOverall, we see two different themes emerging. The first is that the industry is innovating with new and different aesthetic experiences and treatments. From cold and vibration therapies to new services for a healthy foot. The second is that spas are now moving beyond the casual, sporadic visit to programs that aim to development<\/a> long-term relationships, such as mentoring and online gaming.<\/p>\n

All types of training, be it beauty, sleep or wellness, are expected to be in demand in 2015, with most centers offering training packages, with follow-up emails and phone sessions for customer support.
\nIn addition, spas will learn to "turn down" the heating a bit, using more cold treatments, which aim to improve blood circulation and fight inflammation.<\/p>\n

Hot \/ cold treatments \u2013 infrared saunas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\"taseis_b-2015-02\"\n

Treatments that direct radiant heat into the body, without heating the air, are gaining a following in spas around the world as the most intensive "contrast" treatments available. The best spas in the world have already started offering ice rubs after the sauna, while some even more innovative centers put their guests in snow.!! This new snow shower is the new best thing in the spa industry and will soon be released worldwide. The shower will allow users to choose between light snowfall, moderate snowfall, or blizzard.
\nFor even more hardcore fans of the cold, there is also severe cryotherapy, i.e. a few minutes in a cold room, cooled to -120 \u00b0 C (-184 \u00b0 F), wearing only a swimsuit, socks, gloves and ear protection and the mouth for frostbite.
\nA human body can only last two to three minutes in a cryotherapy room, but elite athletes will find this type of treatment very beneficial as it will help them beat inflammation and soreness from competition and hard training.<\/p>\n

Foot care and gaming<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nSpas focus on sore toes, with special treatments and classes to improve the muscles in your feet and repair any damage from high heels. In the US there are already specialized centers that offer a complete "healthy feet" program, with electronic gait analysis and treatments in zero-gravity chairs, while some corresponding centers teach participants to improve their posture and strengthen the muscles in their feet.<\/p>\n

The Spa Finder adds that "Medi-pedis", i.e. treatments that focus on the care and hygiene of the lower extremities, are booming. This heavy emphasis on the feet is largely attributed to the aging population, foot diseases, and the recent popularity of high heels. Experts claim that high heels are largely responsible for the fact that four out of five women in developed countries suffer from foot problems, including arthritis.<\/p>\n

"The pain is sometimes so great that some women resort to Botox<\/a>, and silicone, which is injected into the bottom of their feet, to address the damage their high heels have caused.''
\nAt the same time, around 100 experts, who visited hundreds of spas around the world, also predict a boom in wellness gaming within the year and report that online gaming is booming in various parts of the world. In their report they note that the French cosmetics company Clarins is a pioneer with its Facebook game called \u201cLife Spa\u201d.
