It is suitable for all ages and what we should pay attention to is the protection index written on each package as well as the frequency with which we use it.<\/p>\n<p>Experts advise that infants who have not completed the first six months of life should not go out in the sun, while those who are over six months old, should use specially fortified sunscreens intended for these ages.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, young children should avoid sun exposure between 12pm and 5pm which are the most dangerous hours, even if they use <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/ygeia\/serum-enydatikh-anthliako-elaia\/\">sunscreen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding adults, they can use sunscreens that contain reflective and absorbent filters, but also have an anti-aging effect.<\/p>\n<p>Their use should be repeated at least every two hours even when it is indicated that it is waterproof.<\/p>\n<p>The protection index<\/p>\n<p>The lower the protection index of a sunscreen, the more often we should apply it to our skin.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>sun protection Summer is approaching, the first dives are already a fact, the temperature is rising and one of the things that should start to concern us is sun exposure \u2013 which will increase as the weather improves \u2013 and our protection from ultraviolet radiation.
