If your skin feels tight after cleansing, then you are most likely using harsh soaps or the wrong cleanser, which strips away the natural lipids that keep the skin hydrated. You need a gentle product, suitable for your skin type, that removes make-up, oil and dirt from atmospheric pollutants, but does not damage healthy skin cells. If you are struggling to find the right cream for you, your dermatologist can indicate the appropriate one.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/ygeia\/liparo-derma-pos-na-apophygete-th-gyalada\/\">oily skin<\/a> no need for hydration<br \/>\nIf you think your skin doesn&#039;t need moisturizing because it&#039;s oily or because you have acne, you&#039;re wrong. And an oily skin can be dehydrated. Especially in winter when the low temperatures and the wind &quot;dry&quot; our skin, it is important to use <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/ygeia\/serum-enydatikh-anthliako-elaia\/\">moisturizing<\/a> cream. Just make sure to choose a product with a thin texture, suitable for oily skin.<\/p>\n<p>Chocolate causes acne<br \/>\nContrary to what we believe, chocolate is not responsible for our unsightly pimples. No matter how much scientific research has been done on the subject, none has been able to prove that chocolate is linked to acne. Just make sure you eat it right and in moderation. Research has shown that dark chocolate can become our ally in health and beauty.
