After sun treatments<\/p>\n<p>We also notice a decrease in elasticity and a lack of shine. So we take advantage of winter to renew, rest and take care of our skin with special rejuvenation treatments.<\/p>\n<p>The treatments I recommend for immediate hydration are: <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/botox-iatriki-aisthitiki\/antigiransi-anaplasi-prosopou\/anaimakth-mesotherapeia-sto-ismini-haritonos\/\">mesotherapy<\/a> with ingredients like <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/botox-iatriki-aisthitiki\/summer-face-boost-me-yaloyroniko-oxy\/\">Hyaluronic Acid<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/ygeia\/plirophories-gia-vitamines-metalla-ka\/\">vitamins<\/a> which will restore the lost moisture and provide the skin cells with all the necessary ingredients for its self-repair. After sun treatments<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/botox-iatriki-aisthitiki\/botox-yalouroniko-8-mythoi-kai-alhtheies\/\">hyaluronic acid<\/a> acid holds many times its weight in water around the cells, making it available to the skin. All the minerals <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/diaita-diatrofi\/%ce%bf%ce%b9-%ce%b2%ce%b9%cf%84%ce%b1%ce%bc%ce%af%ce%bd%ce%b5%cf%82\/\">the vitamins<\/a> act as antioxidants, neutralizing free radicals, which are responsible for aging and damage to the DNA of skin cells.<\/p>\n<p>Also, micro-injuries from the needle or roller (for those who hesitate in front of needles) give the &quot;signal&quot; to the lower layers of the skin to renew its cells. Mesotherapy also works in addition to areas with very fine wrinkles such as the area under the eyes or around the lips.<\/p>\n<p>For dull and rough skin I recommend some light peeling or if there is still the possibility of sun exposure microdermabression (Microdermabrasion) to remove dead cells and the skin acquires homogeneity, shine and a smooth surface while allowing care products (creams, serums, masks) ) to penetrate better.<\/p>\n<p>It is a treatment without needles, with an immediate glow and without any irritation. The skin immediately appears softer, more homogeneous in color and more toned, while one can immediately return to all his activities. Cost 100 euros.<br \/>\nIf there are freckles and spots and depending on the skin type, a laser or whitening treatment and peeling suitable for discolorations are recommended.<\/p>\n<p>Cost 150 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Finally for the small wrinkles around the eyes, it is recommended <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/botox-iatriki-aisthitiki\/mpotox-simeia-efarmogis-kai-ofeli\/\">botox<\/a> which is a much more cost-effective treatment than botox across the forehead. (150 euros). It is done at all ages and literally erases the signs of time without any alteration in expression.<br \/>\nFor those who want something more active, which will combine improving the appearance of the skin with tightening, the Fractional CO2 laser is the treatment of choice.<\/p>\n<p>It improves the whole face (and neck), eliminates spots, discolorations and increases endogenous collagen production.
