So if we reduce the body temperature, it will increase the combustion in order to bring it back and on the contrary if we increase it, it will not have to work hard to produce the heat it already receives!<br \/>\nBut this allows us to force it to burn extra calories if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0We only eat cold meals<\/li>\n<li>Drink at least 6 glasses of ice water or <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/ygeia\/tsai-gia-mesa-kai-exo\/\">tea<\/a> the day.<\/li>\n<li>Two liters of ice water a day increases burning by about 60 calories. If this seems a bit much, consider that it means 22,000 calories a year, so minus 2.5 kg on the scale!!!<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Not in the hot bath!<\/li>\n<li>Try to lower the water temperature as much as possible when you get into the tub. Two minutes of cold shower (about 25 degrees, like a cool summer swim) and your body will spend about 100 (!!!) calories to avoid hypothermia. If this sounds extremely difficult, you can start gradually, wetting small areas and later the rest of the body.<\/li>\n<li>Economy, ecology, now and <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/diaita-diatrofi\/adinatism\/kefalaio-adynatisma-pos-de-tha-chalaset\/\">slimming<\/a>!<\/li>\n<li>Now we have one more reason to set the thermostat in winter to 19 to 20 degrees. The cold increases our metabolism! A cool environment for a beautiful body!<\/li>\n<li>If you dress like an onion in passing. As long as you keep your body too warm it simply limits your burning.
