This is because: Their high content of plant fibers, minerals, trace elements, <a href=\"https:\/\/spa-about.gr\/en\/ygeia\/plirophories-gia-vitamines-metalla-ka\/\">vitamins<\/a> and antioxidants gives them a high nutritional value and makes them essential in the daily diet and of course in weight reduction, where necessary. The amount we should eat is: 2 bowls of vegetable salads (raw or boiled or roasted vegetable salad) daily and 3-4 portions of fruit for health and well-being.
