Crawling is the hottest new trend according to the Focused Balance Fitness Festival.
It's like the new version of the board, but more interesting. Crawling is beneficial for many reasons.
This is an isometric movement, which means you work hard to hold a position under repeated tension. This helps not only your overall strength, but your endurance and center of stability—from the wrists and shoulders through the hips, ankles, and toes.
Research also shows that crawling helps control blood pressure and helps prevent injuries.
There are several exercises, each exercise has a different intensity and time.
